AYCE UV CURING PRODUCTS

Ayce Systems UV cured products include, HS Clear Coat, HS Fade Out Thinner, HS Primer/Filler, UV Thinner, HS Alloy Clear Coat, the products are cured using UVA (ultra violet) technology, i.e. an Ultra Violet Lamp.

The Clear Coat can be used over water based and solvent base coats and is cured in approximately 2-3 minutes and once cured it can immediately be polished by hand or machine. The cured clear coat is resistant to solvents such as wheel acids and can be power washed or passed through a car wash immediately after application.

If for any reason the clear coat has to be recoated with base coat, (i.e. due to a colour match problem) this also can be done immediately.

HS Alloy Clear Coat is a UV curing product specifically for Alloy Wheels, this product has special adhesion qualities which allows you to apply it directly onto polished Alloy Wheels. 

Prepare the wheel by grinding and polishing out the imperfections using the WHEELRITE alloy grinding and polishing machine. Apply Alloy Clear Coat, cure using a UVA Lamp for 3 minutes and the wheel can be fitted back on the car, it is as quick and simple as that.
