WheelRite Pro incorporates everything you need to repair and refurbish kerbed, scratched and corroded alloy wheels, ready for repainting in a single low cost unit.

 

 

Existing wheel repair methods require investment in several items of expensive equipment. The WheelRite Pro has everything you need in a single unit:

• pneumatic self centering on a rotary turntable
• beadbreaker
• tyre inflation
• pressure gauge
• independent drive for grinding and polishing wheels

The WheelRite Pro can handle all designs of car and motor cycle wheels, up to a maximum diameter of 22 inches (with or without central hole) through its automatic pneumatic clamping system, making it incredibly versatile.

Aerosol Starter Kit

 

Ayce Systems has introduced an aerosol starter kit for the refurbishment of Alloy Wheels, the kit consists of  the 10 most popular wheel silvers, a gloss lacquer, alloy prep, alloy primer, alloy cleaner and filler, all available in 400ml Aerosols. The kit also includes a colour matching swatch for easy identification of colour choice and is all supplied in a sturdy tool box for easy portability and convenience. As an optional extra a Mini Polishing Kit is also available.

 

Additional specific manufacturer's colours are available as special orders, it is also possible to obtain the popular Subaru Gold by special order.

 

 

 

 

Wheelrite Spray Booth 

 

This dual purpose, innovative refinishing aid for Alloy Wheels and SMART repairs utilises the already very successful Midi Breatherite mobile filtration unit and the NEW Alloy Wheel "ROTATING" Spray Booth, this new product gives the user an additional and very flexible COMPLIANT refinishing tool.

 

The Wheelrite Spray Booth can be easily moved around, it can be used in a workshop or body shop location or in a mobile repair van either way the repairer has the confidence that they comply with health & safety regulations, with it's first stage Pre-Filter capturing and removing any dust and other particulate from the air stream and it's second stage ACTIVE CARBON FILTER which filter almost 100% of vapours from solvents and pollutants such as: Styrene, Xylene, Toluene, Benzene, Alcohol's, Phenol Acetone's etc. which are present when paint spraying alloy wheels and vehicles in general, this equipment is an essential part of  the forward thinking modern SMART Repairer, who is aware that to operate in today's market, with it's strenuous health & safety regulations, the onus is on the operator to comply.

 

By simply removing the Alloy Wheel canopy from the Midi Breatherite and attaching the standard 6 metre flexible hose with it's magnetic hood the unit is ready to be used for Bumper Scuff and general SMART Repairs.

Wheelrite Dust Extractor

 

 An essential piece of equipment for the repairer with Health & Safety and the Environment uppermost in their mind,  the Wheelrite Dust Extractor is a specially designed filtration unit for general dust, but more specifically for Aluminium Dust, created when grinding and polishing Alloy Wheels.

 

The Wheelrite Dust Extractor has many features designed to assist both the operator and the environment some of which are listed below, however the explosion proof relief panel is of paramount importance when repairing Alloy Wheels as Aluminium Dust is potentially a combustible material, but with it's Automatic Filter Warning Light the operator is given ample warning to empty and clean the filter, making the explosion-proof relief panel not only an extra safety feature but also allowing peace of mind for the operator.
